Too early to start a 2018-19 Basketball thread?

Nemhard a positive but also turned the ball over too many times. Robinson was tired and frustrated. Samuel is very impressive. Noi has taken a step back. Tough matchup with no zone defense to employ. Syracuse D would shut down the Jayhawks.

ARob looked off the entire game. I wonder if the noise and energy in the gym was getting to the entire team. So many uncharacteristic errors from nearly everybody. Shooting improved a little in the second half, but still need to work on it. I was proud that the team kept it close the entire game. No shame in that loss, especially with Fisher out.

I watched a couple of games where Samuel and Alok both played and Samuel is substantially better.   I was not impressed by Alok at all.  I suspect Alok saw what a stud Samuel was and figured he was only going to get 10-12 minutes a game.  So, he decided to transfer to another school where he could get more playing time.  It will be interesting to see if McWilliam comes back or if they take the redshirt off of Barlow.

Maybe. Who knows. I can't keep up anymore. Some are saying he never left

Maybe Alok leaving changed his mind, if he wants to play Forward, but there's only Samuel and Barlow listed as Center right now on the roster, so maybe McWilliam sees an opening there.

Thanks for the assist. Did you know FeelingFroggy posts our links in his Gameday Media thread, which is pinned to the top of the sports forum? He's usually got multiple video, audio, and stat links for our games. Check it out if you haven't already.

(Thanks again to FF for the hard work he does in there for us, too.)
