She just bought a brand new new car for her neice that turned 16 three days ago.

Whoa. That's a big step in the wrong direction. Throwing Money as gifts sends you down the slippery slope. I bet there are a lot of hands open right now with plenty of sob stories.

I need a house for my family of 5.  Were but lowly school teachers who attended TCU and Baylor.  I have a mortgage worth of student loans from my time at TCU.  Paying off my student loans would allow us to get a house and much more.

Sincerely,

Oh, boy. That is some bad news. That car will be wrapped around a telephone pole in a few weeks (hopefully with no injuries ... but it'll happen). Now, the relatives are really going to come out of the woodwork looking for handouts. She'll have spent it all before they even get the blueprints for the six-bedroom house.

IMO, that's right on the money!

Can your stepson stop her? Or slow her down?

Apparently not.  She thinks having over #1M in the bank all of a sudden makes her smarter than everyone.  I did get confirmation on this rumor yesterday.  -----> She went to a fertility specialist and the specialist can guarantee that she has a girl.  She has a son and my stepson has two sons.  I have never heard of a doctor that can guarantee the gender?

I don't know about guarantee, but I believe there's a method to sort sperm by potential gender.

I would think that guarantee is a little strong. I'm not sure this lady needs to spawn again, no offense to your stepson.
