Apparently during emergencies in Oklahoma, all you need is pork rinds and hate for UT to sustain you.  That and maybe a good nap.

That is just pure gold. Now all he needs is a Dr Pepper and he's all set for the weather. It's what you run get at the store when the hammer's going down. #porkrindsarelife

Also, still need a jersey with 8675309 on it...

Only fully works if the player's last name is "Jen", "Jenn", "Jenee", "Jenny", "Jenni" or similar, though.

Stay hard, Bill Buckner ...

Most of the reports I read said "dementia" but it looks like he actually had Lewy Body Dementia, which seems like a nasty cross of Parkinson's and regular dementia.

I was always fascinated by his story. I very good, if not great player for a long, long time who's career is defined by literally ONE play.

I've never liked Mosley...

When the scandal broke, I was as stunned as anyone. And I was horrified to learn in subsequent reports Briles didn’t do more to protect female students.

Dude, everyone outside of Baylor knew FArt had been a lying cheat since the 80's.

Yeah, poor guy. He had one bad moment in a nice career.

I really think the odds of that being coincidental are probably small. I mean, look at the framing... now, the question is what did Buckner think of this. Looks like an in-game photo so he most likely wasn't playing along at that moment.

Minnesota Vikings’ chief operating officer Kevin Warren is expected to be introduced Tuesday as the next commissioner of the Big Ten Conference, sources told ESPN’s Mark Schlabach and me. Warren, 55, would become the first African-American commissioner of a Power Five conference.

If anyone has any interest in seeing an American team dominate on an international stage in soccer, the USWNT plays Thailand at 3pm (ET) this afternoon in the World Cup.  I believe the game airs on Fox ...
