I get the drift of what you're saying, but you need to be more definitive.

Ex-Baylor frat leader accused of rape wins plea deal with no jail time

A former Baylor University fraternity president accused of rape will serve no jail time after a Waco district judge Monday accepted a plea bargain that has ignited a public furor.

In a packed courtroom, Judge Ralph Strother of the 19th District Court accepted a deal prosecutors offered to Jacob Walter Anderson in October, allowing him to plead no contest to the third-degree felony charge of unlawful restraint, and receive deferred probation. Under the deal, Anderson, who is no longer a Baylor student, will not have to register as a sex offender. He agrees to pay a $400 fine and get counseling.

Baylor and Briles granted extension by NCAA, optimistic for no major penalties

The NCAA’s case against Baylor will not be announced as previously scheduled as former football coach Art Briles has been granted an extension to formally respond to the “notice of allegations,” sources said.

Although Briles and Baylor’s defenses and responses are separate, if one is granted an extension both parties receive it.

Briles’ defense requested an extension, which means the NCAA’s response and verdict to its investigation will be delayed until sometime in April.

...

When the NCAA opens an investigation into a program for one matter, which in this case is in regards to potential Title IX infractions and the mishandling of sexual assault claims, it often finds problems in other areas.

Sources indicated both Briles and Baylor are confident no major penalty will be given, but there exists an unnerving feeling that the NCAA infractions committee could swing a hammer simply because it can.

Rhule interviewed with New York on Sunday. The Baylor head coach had a desire to keep his interview on the down low for recruiting purposes, but it is no longer a secret that he sat down with Christopher Johnson and Mike Maccagnan.

Apparently, Matt Campbell turned down the Jets' request for an interview. I can understand their seeking him slightly more than Rhule, but both of them are head scratchers. And, I read that Mack Rhodes gave an interview on local sports radio yesterday which sounded an awful like Rhule was gone.
