If you could see any band from any era...

Recommended Posts

Original Guns and Roses

That's a pretty good call.

I've always been partial to old Steely Dan or Bob Marley

Take it back!  Take it back!  He was real, man.

What's next, you're gonna claim The Band Perry should've just been called Perry?

Perry?  I hadn't made a choice yet, but Journey with Steve Perry would definitely be at the top of my list.

Any of the orchestras under the baton of Beethoven or the other baroque/classical/romantic masters.

Either Roy Orbison & the Teen Kings, or Bobby Fuller Four.

They fought the law...but did they have any other songs? The Bobby Fuller Four, I mean

Coldplay, brah!

Really, there are too many for me to choose from... Led Zep, Stones, CCR, Skynyrd, Seger, AC/DC, GNR, Metallica (although I've seen them), Alice in Chains, Nirvana, etc... I've gone a little softer these days, so there are a lot of other rock and country bands that I'd like to see. My next concert is Mumford and Sons in September (got cancelled in June) and I'm excited about that one.

To answer the question, I have no damn clue

Original Guns and Roses

Saw 'em at Starplex in '89 with Aerosmith.

Two words: Awe. Some.

Boston's one of my very favorite bands, and I'd love to have seen them in their prime, but I don't think I get that much more enjoyment from a live show than from just listening to their album to justify using my only pick on them.

My no-brainer answer is Van Halen, but KISS, Stevie Ray Vaughn, AC/DC, The Who and The Stones would all be great as well.

Stevie Ray. Probably top of my list, actually. Good one
